Four new members of the Ramsey
Ambulance Corps recently graduated from the four month Emergency Medical
Technician course at the Bergen County Law & Public Safety
Institute. "They were Official Observers during their training at the
academy," explained RAC Vice-President Michael Adams, "Now they will
undergo a six month probationary program, during which they must
complete 20 emergency calls."
The new Emergency Medical
Technicians are: Thomas Cuddy, Greg Izbicki, Emmi Cohen, and Shivaraj Shan.
Chief Steven Ahlstedt, the corps' leader, also serves as Coordinator of
the Mahwah EMS academy.
