Stop the Bleed
Hands Only CPR
Sudden Cardiac Arrest affects over 30,000 people yearly. Hands-Only CPR is a free community CPR class that provides Hands-On Practical Experience (HOPE) in a simplified form of CPR using only chest compressions. Chest compression-only CPR can double or even triple a victim’s chance of survival.
The CPR and AED course from the American Health and Safety Institute (ASHI) is designed for any individuals whose jobs require layperson-level CPR and AED training. It is also perfect for lay persons who want to be prepared for an emergency. Additionally, Child and Infant CPR can be included in this course.
It can be combined with an ASHI Basic First aid Course
The person next to a bleeding victim may very well be the one who’s most likely to save him or her from bleeding to death. By learning how to STOP THE BLEED®, you’ll gain the ability to recognize life-threatening bleeding and act quickly and effectively to control bleeding once you learn three quick techniques -American College of Surgeons.
ASHI Basic CPR
ASHI Basic First Aid
The Basic First Aid course from the American Health and Safety Institute (ASHI) or the Heart saver® First Aid course is designed to teach students how to recognize, manage, and treat emergencies within the first few minutes until professional help arrives.
It can be combined with an ASHI CPR and AED Course
ASHI Basic Life Support
The BLS Course teaches students how to give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations, and use of an AED in a single or multi-rescuer situation.
This course is for any healthcare providers such as EMS, physician assistants, doctors, nurses, and lifeguards who are required to have basic life support certification.
