Emergency Medical Technicians (16+)
At Ramsey Ambulance Corps, our Emergency Medical Technicians, also known as EMTs, are the core of our corps. EMTs render first aid for patients and stabilize them for transport to the hospital.
No previous experience is needed, as we provide all the training for you!
EMTs are required to ride for 16 hours a month, split into 4 hour shifts.
Driver Only Members (21+)
To be a driver only member, you must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record. Our driver only members receive driver training, and also obtain a CPR certification. Our Driver only members are required to ride for 16 hours per month, broken down into 4 hour shifts.
Administrative Members (18+)
To be an administrative member, you must be at least 18 years old. Our administrative members help keep the ambulance corps running by working behind the scenes and supporting our committees. Administrative members do not have to ride on the ambulance.
